Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with me in The Fright Factory, New Orleans. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Important
This policy is for my handmade collections only, that I mysel create here in my New Orleans Lab. My personalized gifts & apparel are designed by myself and shipped from the USA companies I partner with. However I am still monitoring your order closely. Since they are mostly personalized I take care in getting you your order they way you ordered it without mistakes in spelling, etc.
